$75 deposit holds your place. Balance due April 15, 2009. Deposit is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another person for the same gathering with written notification by May 1, 2009. In order to transfer, you must send by U.S. MAIL ONLY the new person's registration form and a written acknowlegement from you authorizing the new person to attend in your place.
Refund policy: Before March 1, 2009, Full refund less $75 deposit. After March 1, 2009, no refunds for any reason. You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event.
